We are offering FREE information sessions at the Emanuel P. Johnson Recreation Center, 5855 S. 78th Street.

    Social media security. Protect your information.
  • Friday, April 13th - (6:30 – 8:30 pm) – Summer Camp Presentation and Volunteer Appreciation
  • Saturday, May 12th – (2:00 – 4:30 pm) – Pre-Mother’s Day – “Queen for a Day” event
  • Friday, May 18th - (6:30 – 8:30 pm) – “Spring has Sprung” – Decorating on a budget

I'm Building the Future Flyer Training Begins June 7 2018


More construction jobs are becoming available in the Tampa market and women can be a part of this growth by learning the fundamentals of construction. The program funded by Hillsborough County Community Development is designed to help women in Tampa Bay* explore higher paying career options in the dynamic construction field.

Women Building Futures is a 15-week curriculum based program to include classes in carpentry, drywall, painting, block masonry/finishing, flooring and construction administration. Graduates will earn certification from The National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) and OSHA 10 certification. Class Size is Limited to 20 Women
